My name is May Gabriels and I’m a Norwich based singer-songwriter originally from London. Growing up inspired by a mix of influences and genres, my music features a blend of feel-good rhythms and honest, sincere lyrics. Originally a busker, I realised that I had a passion for sharing music in ways that allowed me to connect with an audience personally. More recently, playing original material live at various gigs and events has allowed me to find a community of people who truly resonate with my sound. Inspired by the likes of Olivia Dean, Arlo Parks and Nectar Woode, I am excited to be working with a talented band to bring my love of neo-soul music to life!
