Niki J is a seasoned DJ with deep roots in the Suffolk DJ scene, crafting his skills since the late 1990s. After a 20 year hiatus, he has triumphantly returned to the decks, transitioning from his original vinyl mastery to the digital realm. Niki J's passion lies in the infectious rhythms of Deep House, Tech House,Hard House and Bounce, expertly blending these genres to create dynamic sets. His talent was recently recognised in 2023 when he was selected as one of 16 finalists in the prestigious TIDY HQ competition leading to memorable performances during the Tidy Weekender 2024 at The Queen Vic. Niki J is a resident DJ for Exile HDH and has graced the stages of Sundissential, Atomic Hard House, Ins@nity and Wheels of Steel. He's had the honour of playing alongside industry heavyweights such as Andy Farley, Jason Nawty, Lisa Pin-up and Amber D. Niki J lives by a simple yet profound philosophy; 'Music is therapy'.
Johnny G was tearing up the decks in the 1990s. He raved with unstoppable energy at countless house parties. A brilliant hardhouse dj his passion for the genre is evident in every set he plays. Recently he took these skills abroad to perform at The Spot Bar in Pattaya, Thailand, showcasing his international appeal. A longtime friend of KCN, Johnny G 's style compliments his colleague perfectly.
Eighty HD has been immersed in dance music his whole life, particularly Hardhouse. He has a love of the bouncy, hard hitting styles associated with iconic labels like TIDY and NUKLEUZ. He is a vital part of the PICANTE experience.
SPUD is the youngest member of PICANTE at just 14! He loves mixing it up on the decks and prefers UNTIDY DUBS. He has a passion for Hardhouse that is undeniable. He's eager to learn and grow as a DJ and proves that age is just a number when it comes to delivering a banging set!
