Suffolk Seedlings will be at The Church on Saturday 4th of April to talk about Auricular Acupuncture and how it supports your physical and mental health by stimulating various points on the ear.

The practice has roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and was further developed by French physician Paul Nogier in the 1950s.

Alicia will also be doing Ear Seeding which works on the same principle as acupuncture but uses gold and silver seeds to stimulate acupressure points on the ear. There is a suggested charge of £10 for this treatment.

  Suffolk Seedlings use high quality, gold plated and silver plated ear seeds and apply pressure to specific points on the external ear. This sends direct signals to the brain to regulate the nervous system, naturally encouraging the body’s own pain-management and mood-stabilising chemicals.

  Ear seeding is a non-invasive, needle-free treatment which is safe for all ages and treatment can continue for the next 5-7 days by stimulating the gold-plated seeds daily at home.
  
  This is also an opportunity to talk about Auricular Acupuncture and individualised treatment plans.
