Growing up listening to the greats such as Nas, Wu Tang Clan, Big L and more, EL-Emcee uses his inspiration to fuel his lyricism. Voicing his thoughts and worldview in a skilful and melodic way, he paints his experiences over classic Hip Hop instrumentation as he explores what it means to be an ‘Emcee’.
